To sign into the website for the first time you will need your Miele customer number as shown on your order confirmation, invoice or recent Miele for Life email.

If you have more than one customer number, please use the most recent number associated with your latest Miele purchase.

You will also need to use your surname as it appears on your order or email. Don’t worry if this is spelt incorrectly as you can update this once you enter the site.

If you have recently moved to a new home with Miele appliances and your builder provided a Miele welcome letter, you will find your unique access code here.

Apply your access code with your email address and create a password which will provide entry to complete your membership.
